Online-only Personal Gun Collection Auction

There will be a 10% buyer’s premium on all purchases. No sales tax will be applied. Buyer is responsible for any applicable shipping costs and FFL transfer fees.  A 5% convenience fee will be added to all credit/debit card payments.
A valid credit card is required to register. A $500 authorization hold will be run to verify the card, but your card will not be charged unless you instruct us to charge it at pickup. If you do not pay your invoice by closing time on the last pickup day, your card on file will be charged for the amount owed.

You may pay with cash or check to avoid the convenience fee. Invoices over $1,000 must be paid by credit/debit card or cashier’s check, unless otherwise approved by the auctioneer. All cashier’s checks are subject to verification with the issuing bank. Items will not be released until verification is complete.

All items sell AS‑IS, WHERE‑IS, with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers are responsible for reading descriptions, reviewing photos, and inspecting items in person to their satisfaction before bidding. All bids are a legally binding contract, and all sales are final.

Buyer understands and agrees that any statements made by Auction‑Action.com regarding value, condition, quality, useful life, or use of any item are opinions only, not guarantees or warranties. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to physically inspect items prior to bidding.

Buyers are responsible for loading their own items. Auction‑Action.com is not responsible for injuries or damage during load‑out. Buyers and their agents participate at their own risk.

Buyer is responsible for all taxes, shipping costs, and any shipping or delivery arrangements. Firearms may only be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of the buyer’s choosing. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to a non‑FFL individual under any circumstances. Buyer must follow posted pickup dates/times and item removal deadlines.

By registering to bid, buyers consent to receiving occasional marketing messages by text and/or email. You may unsubscribe at any time.

This is an online‑only auction. A credit card is required to register. Nothing will be charged to your card unless you fail to pay or make arrangements by the end of the last pickup day. Full payment is due by the end of the last pickup day.

If an invoice remains unpaid after the last pickup day, Auction‑Action.com reserves the right to charge the card on file up to the full amount for invoices totaling $2,500 or less, and to charge a $2,500 deposit on all larger invoices. We do not accept payment by mail.

Items cannot be removed without payment in full. Auction‑Action.com reserves the right to hold items until payment is verified. All items must be removed within 14 days of the sale. After 14 days, a $20 per item, per day storage fee will apply. After 60 days, items will be considered abandoned and sold for storage with no refund.

Any amendments to the catalog, descriptions, or terms made from sale day through auction day take precedence over all prior advertising.

By registering, bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by themselves, their guests, or their agents. Bidder agrees to hold Auction‑Action.com harmless for any personal injury or property damage incurred on auction premises. Bidder releases Auction‑Action.com and the seller from all liability related to loading, removal, transportation, and future use of purchased items.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts of Independence County, Arkansas, or the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas.
